Three

My baby is three today. Youngest (technically she isn't youngest anymore, but she is still my youngest girl) was born in the morning, at home, 3 years ago. She is my only home-birthed baby and the only one of us born in West Virginia.
My hillbilly baby.

She was a happy baby. So easy to please, as long as she had her mama holding her and nursing her whenever she demanded. As long as she had clean diapers and a full belly.
She had a reddish tint to her hair and we all hoped she would have red hair, or at least strawberry blond, but it was not meant to be.

She is daddy's girl. They ALL are daddy's girls. She is sitting in the best seat in the house-- Daddy's arms.

She is a charmer and cries at the slightest wag of a finger. She doesn't like getting mad at and I often have to reassure her that I'm not mad at her when I am getting mad at her sisters.

Though Youngest is constantly surrounded by her sisters, she likes to play alone with her dolls or with some other toy. She can play for hours by herself, ignoring the silly antics of her older sisters.

Even when she gets into the markers and does this to her pretty face, I still think she is beautiful.

Happy 3rd Birthday, my sweet. May you have many, many more!

Hapde Burfday!

BTW, I have been emailing to email you. Do you use a TTD (is that what they are called?) phone? How do you figure out where to get one? We really need one for my grandpa.

P.S. I buy all that stuff at the thrift store, lol. It was a lucky day.

Sabrina-- It was fun making the dolly for her! The cake was strawberry cake-- just use a regualr box of cake mix, add 2 cups of pureed strawberries and cut the amount of water the box calls for in half. Made a nice, moist, dense cake. yummy!
