If you use only 3/4 cup then it's 1/4 c of sugar per 1 cup of milk. Not much difference compared to store brand ice cream.<BR/><BR/>We've been making this since the 70's but I guess not many people think of using kool aid for anything other than drinking with.<BR/><BR/>Blue-- He's drinkingkool-aid, huh? Better than what he used to drink! I'll send you an email.<BR/><BR/>Lantana-- My mom has one of those cookbooks, but I searched and didn't see any Koolaid recipes. Can you check yours and see if there is there one in there using crescent rolls, ground beef and ... something topped with cheese! It was a recipe on the back of the crescent rolls from the early 80s and it made a hamburger pie. It was SO good and we never thought to save the recipe. <BR/><BR/>Love monkey bread!! I make that as a birthday breakfast when one of us has a birthday. Do you make Monkey Bread? I have never tried it, but have heard that it is easy and delicious!
